Lucid Air owners can soon use the Tesla Puperkatra -but there will be catch

Owners of Lucid Air Sedan can charge the luxury EVs at thousands of Tesla super charger stations in North America on July 31, almost two years after a car manufacturer’s contract. But there is a significant note: Lucid air vehicles are unable to charge as fast as Tesla vehicles.

On Tuesday, Lucid said that all clear air sedans, regardless of the model year, will reach the Tesla Fast Distributors with an approved adapter, which costs $ 220. Tesla V3 (and above) Superchange stations are compatible with a clear air adapter.

However, the air is capable of charging only 50 kW, which is considerably lower than the 250 kW top speed provided by these super chargers.
