Thursday morning Jackie O Henderson Revealing the truth behind her painkiller addiction.
Back in November, the radio host Revealing that she fought in private and took drugsadmits she is “in a very, very dark place”.
Now, Henderson shares the beginning of it all.

“I’m addicted because I got the prescription for endone (oxycodone). That’s why.” Kyle & Jackie O Show.
The conversation took place in the regular Kiis clip of the show, as she asked Dr. Hay what the “strongest” painkiller he would subscribe to is.
After sharing her prescribed endone, Sandy Lands asked in shock if she had “kidnapping” the doctor.
“It’s different…it’s a sly thing,” she said.
“But initially, my prescription was the real pain I went through because I went to the hospital every month for endometriosis.

“It’s just out of control and I had to go to the hospital to buy morphine. Then, they opened an insider to manage it.”
Henderson said the doctor warned her about her painkiller addiction, adding that at first she thought: “I will be fine.”
“It’s dangerous,” she explained.
“It’s so addictive when they handed me the medication they said. Be very careful. Really, really.
“I took those medicines and I’ll be fine. I realize you’re not good because they’re addictive.”
Back in October, the radio star shared that she took painkillers, sleeping pills and alcohol during a three-year battle for addiction, and ended up staying in a rehabilitation center for one month in November 2022.

She shared that only a few people know that even Sandy Land was kept in the dark.
“Where are you drawing lines?” Henderson said of her decision to keep the health war private.
“I just don’t want anyone to know until I’m at least a year or more sober.”
